Planned Parenthood is largest provider of women’s reproductive healthcare in the nation, and a major provider of care to uninsured women. With a growing client base in Salem, Oregon and a too-small existing clinic, Planned Parenthood Columbia / Willamette was faced with needing to rent a large space or build a new clinic that would meet its needs for years to come. With no appropriate spaces available in the local real estate market, Planned Parenthood Columbia / Willamette opted to build a new, 5,400 square foot, $1.2 million facility that exactly suited their needs. We worked closely with the organization to develop a building that would help staff better serve their patients without sacrificing privacy or security, while also providing a warm and welcoming space for them to wait and rest.
